Congratulations to Lorena Cantarovici of Maria Empanada, a true success story. She just received a funding boost from The Colorado Impact Fund to help her continue her wonderful business success. Cantarovici started selling her empanadas out of her garage before opening her first restaurant at 1298 S. Broadway and now has opened two more locations around Denver. Her restaurants feature authentic Argentinian food, including - of course - her delicious empanadas. Read more about Cantarovici's success in the Denverite article.
