Yesterday, we traveled to Colorado Springs to hear from the nonprofit thought leader, David LaPiana of La Piana Consulting. Over the last 20 years, he has worked with over a thousand nonprofits and foundations to help them manage organizational change - something especially pertinent to us now as we plan to unite with the Center for Nonprofit Excellence. (You can learn more about our plans here: bit.ly/2kALOhE) Thank you to Third Sector Group, Inc. for sponsoring this special event and for always supporting nonprofit excellence.

On July 1, existing members from the Center will be welcomed into our membership structure, and the operations in southern Colorado will officially become Colorado Nonprofit Association of the Pikes Peak Region. As one, united association, we will be better equipped to provide high-quality education and events for an even larger number of nonprofits in the Pikes Peak Region. We will also be more effective in advocating for nonprofits in this region at the state capitol. Please read the press release linked here for more information.
