2018 Earth Month – Thank You Congress Park Neighbors

April 2018 was a special month. On four Saturdays in a row, the Green Team hosted events in support of Planet Earth. Events focused on actions to take right now to reduce your carbon footprint. Events also introduced participants to Congress Park neighbors already taking action and willing to share their experience. All events were free and open to the public!

The City needs your help establishing the community's vision for the next 20 years. Your participation is crucial for making sure the plan truly reflects the community's hopes for the future.

Lula Rose Branches Out with a New Flower Shop Cafe on Colfax
When you drive along East Colfax Avenue in Denver, you probably see the large 'Coffee Shop' sign on what appears to resemble a blue-and-white, old-fashioned diner. Without the sign, you'd probably expect to order a stack of hearty pancakes at Lula Rose General Store, rather than receive a cup of quality espresso but this café is always surprising us.
