It is Taco's last day and it is with heavy hearts that we say farewell. Taco (Eric Borg) has been with the Fru Cru for 10+ years. His passion, knowledge and love for all we do at Fruition is unparalleled. A self taught beer geek, he took our tiny six (6 boring!!!) beer offerings and created a truly incredible, respected and dynamically curated beer list. He brings his enthusiasm and dedicated work ethic into our tiny restaurant every single day...but most of all he has brought us laughter and true friendship. We will miss him <3
