Town Hall Meeting 4/19 Hosted by Councilwoman Mary Beth Susman

Councilwoman Susman will host a town hall to provide a brief update on activities in the district on Thursday,  April 19 from 6-8pm. She will have guests from Community Planning and Development to talk about the East Area Plan and Blueprint Denver. The event will be held on the 9+CO site and Frank Cannon from Continuum Partners will also be on hand to give an update on the 9th and Colorado redevelopment project. Plan to park on the lower levels of the parking garage located at 11th Ave and Colorado Blvd. Enter the garage from 11th Ave. Once inside the parking garage you may use the elevators at the southwest corner to come down to the ground level and walk across the north plaza to the entrance of the 9th and Colorado Development Office. There will be signs posted to guide the way. Light refreshments will be served.

Proposed 2018 Text Amendment Bundle

As part of the city’s ongoing effort to keep the Denver Zoning Code modern, clear and user-friendly, Community Planning and Development is proposing a new series of text amendments to the code. Updates for usability, clarification and substance are prioritized in response to customer and community feedback, industry changes and other factors.

Neighborhood Meeting Regarding The Green Flats Rezoning Application

There will be a meeting regarding the proposed rezoning application for 219, 221, 223, 225, 227, 235, 245 So. Holly St. from E-SU-DX & E-MU-2.5 to S-MU-3 designation and build a condominium project with 27 units and 40 parking spaces.  These properties are located just south of the commercial development (Park Burger, High Point Creamery and Novo Coffee).  The meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 21 at 6:00pm in the Library in the Corkins Center of Graland Country Day School.  Please enter through Graland’s main entrance on Clermont Street at 55 Clermont which leads directly to the library.
